Yokai Tabletop Market is an e-commerce platform that sells and provides services for board games, puzzles, and related products inspired by Japanese folklore and legends. These terms define the conditions for using our service.

User Eligibility and Registration

Our service is available to individuals 18 years or older, or minors with parental consent. Please provide accurate information when registering an account and update it promptly when changes occur. Account management is your responsibility.

Product Orders and Payment

Product orders are accepted through our website's order form or by phone and email. Prices are displayed including tax, with shipping costs separate. Payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, and cash on delivery.

Shipping and Returns

Products are typically shipped within 3-7 business days after order confirmation. If products have defects, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of arrival. For customer-initiated returns, shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Intellectual Property Rights

Website content, product designs, logos, and trademarks belong to our company or legitimate rights holders. You may use these only for personal purposes. Commercial use or unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited: providing false information, harassing others, unauthorized system access, intellectual property infringement, illegal activities, and interfering with our business operations. Violations may result in service suspension.

Terms Modification

These terms may be modified due to legal changes or service content changes. Important modifications will be communicated to customers through website announcements.

Subscription Services

Subscription services automatically renew. Cancellation requests must be made at least 7 days before the next scheduled delivery. Undelivered portions will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. Delivery schedule changes will be announced in advance.

Artist Collaborations

Limited artist edition products are available in limited quantities. For pre-orders, delivery timing may change based on production status. Designs may change due to artist circumstances.

Café Partnerships

Wholesale services for cafés and bookstores require separate contracts. Minimum order quantities, payment terms, and delivery conditions will be discussed individually. Partnership contract details are separately defined.
